On January 12, 2022, the Archuleta County Women’s Republicans met at Beny’s Mexican Restaurant for their frequent meeting. During this meeting, a concerned parent brought up concern about Archuleta County / Pagosa Springs, CO’s youth being visited by SJBPH personnel promoting a divisive ‘contest’ that would earn them an incentive of $100 each student to produce.
The contest?
Create media that aims to encourage vaccines (gene therapy) to other youth. They even mention ‘five-year olds’ in their official contest documentatoin. This is absurd!
It was asked at our recent town-council meeting if Archuleta School District Superintended Dr. Kym LeBlanc-Esparza knew of this project’s organizers entering Pagosa schools promoting it to our youth, to which she replied she did not.
Does anyone else remember the D.A.R.E. program? I don’t know about you, but the promotion of drug-distribution is a complete 180 from when I was young, and shouldn’t be tolerated. Not to mention the multitude of unlawful actions shown here by our Federally-funded San Juan Basin Public Health officials!
Bethany Jones here states all this better than I can, so please take eight-minutes of your time to hear her strong statement:
